淨空法師答：這個害人，這是害人的法身慧命。害人法身慧命，在佛法裡面講，比殺他的身命罪還要重，而且死了以後多半是落在地獄裡頭，他不在餓鬼道。喜歡玩網路色情光盤的，是在餓鬼道；製造遊戲機、製造這些光碟，或是經營這種事業的，像開網吧這類的，他必定墮阿鼻地獄。地獄將來罪受滿了之後，無論到哪一道，餓鬼道也好，畜牲道也好，或者是人道也好，他生生世世愚痴，為什麼？他害人法身慧命，就感愚痴果報。
