什麼事物能讓我們獲得幸福感？
美食、運動、社交、成就感……。
究其本質不過是對血清素、多巴胺、腦內啡、催產素等等的追求而已。
如果以上就是幸福，那我們只是快感的奴隸，刺激、快感、虛榮心與支配慾……。
不！我認為不是！
我認為的幸福是寧靜、無人打擾的平和。
然而受外部刺激，這樣的狀態難以長期維持。
這便是我認為幸福存在卻轉瞬即逝的理由。
