A number of people had apparently witnessed Alysa's kidnapping, and chipped in money for the hospital bills, or so the trio could pay for extending their vacation.
Carly and Lindy accepted without really questioning anything.
It was about a week after the rescue, and the trio were trying to regain their strength; In about a month, they'd have to face the villains in court.
Alysa was crying in her sleep and thrashing around.
I had been reduced back to a helpless baby girl; Not just because the experience traumatized me and acting a 5 months or younger baby girl was my coping mechanism, but because the experience worsened my susceptibility to nightmares because of my Asperger Syndrome Autism.

There she was; 22 years old, strapped into the baby training potty chair; Feeding tray in place.
David, for whatever reason, was wearing a camo co-ord (Co-ord is a matching top and bottoms of any kind, whether a jacket and pants, a tanktop and shorts, or even a tanktop and skirt) over football shoulder pads, over a gorilla Halloween costume. A football helmet over the head of his gorilla costume.
"You're my child, and there's no room for weak girly individuals in my family!" David growled.
"'Addy!" Alysa cried during a particularly painful push.
"What's wrong?" David taunted. "Your mommies are dead, huh?"
"Yaah, uwaah!" Alysa cried when she'd stopped pushing and could breathe again.
"Why you little-!"
David opened a jar of pickles and attempted to shove one - Whole - in Alysa's mouth.

Alysa woke crying in the small crib between the bed and the wall with the window.
"Darling, what happened?!?" Lindy asked as she and Carly lifted Alysa, gently laid her on the bathroom counter, and began to change her diaper.
"Shh... Just relax, Baby Doll," Lindy soothed. "Let's get you changed first, then you can tell us your nightmare."
Shortly, Alysa was changed, a bottle made, and the Spy Ninjas Secret Message gear was brought out.
"Just write down what happened in there, Hun," Carly gently encouraged.
Alysa wrote how she'd been in the basement, how David had worn the camo co-ord over football gear over a gorilla Halloween costume.
"Army football gorilla, huh?" Lindy asked, trying to slip into psychotherapist mode. "Well, animal costumes can represent secret identities or fetishes. His sounds like something intimidating."
Alysa wrote how David loved gorilla movies, and bragged about the National Football 🏈 League; NFL as though it, and the National Finals Rodeo; NFR, in Las Vegas, were the greatest things ever.
"I see, Baby. And you felt helpless while you were in the truck and the basement of the one house? You being a baby in that can represent feelings of helplessness, vulnerability, and the pressures of growing up."
"Lindy, lay off," Carly said, holding Alysa on her shoulder; The 'Burp the Baby' pose, swaying gently back and forth.
Alysa nodded to Lindy over Carly's shoulder.
"Don't you worry, little ninja." Carly said. "Your mommies will always be here. You can be a baby whenever you're down, or scared, or just sad needing cuddles."
Alysa cried as Carly and Lindy held her, rocking her gently.
"Let it all out, Baby," Lindy gently whispered.

In the police station near the abandoned house Alysa was found and David's group apprehended, the officers went over the evidence they'd gathered.
"What was this lunatic thinking?!?" Officer Orville asked, slamming her fist on the table. "No wonder Alysa had those injuries; She was buckled in like she was supposed to be an 8 year old boy or something! She's barely over 2 feet; 25.2 inches, and 15.5 pounds!"
"Does she have a condition... or something?" Officer Quinn asked.
"It's called Turner Syndrome Dwarfism, Quinn. Look it up," said Sylvia.
"That's Officer Quinn!" Quinn whined.
"What's this grudge these freaks have against women, LGBT people, literally anyone not a guy, wearing jeans torn at the knees, riding a bucking bovine?!?"
Sylvia presented the evidence to her superiors.
"We have to get this guy off the streets," growled the chief. "If this guy did this to this girl, Goodness can only guess what he'll do to other females whose opinions differ from his."
"She'll never make it through the court trial, Ma'am," Sylvia said. "Alysa will have some mental breakdown or other if she has to face that nightmare again in this lifetime."
"Maybe. But we need her testimony to put him away. And we need it before her due date."
Sylvia gasped.
"She's... pregnant???"
"As are her two Mommy Girlfriends. Nathan Aurum just called me and informed me of his ecstasy at being a father of three."
"Agnate three-quarter sibling babies... Wow..." Sylvia remarked.
At the sound of a chair being toppled over, everyone looked around. Quinn was gone.
"Egotistical glory hog!" Sylvia growled. "He's gonna get himself and everyone around him killed."
