The modified black Jeep Gladiator revved through the night, crossing the last state line.
"Finally!" grumbled Longmont Spooner.
Donald's cellphone rang, as the four stopped at a gas station and stretched their legs.
"Hello? Yes, Sir. We finally made it to Colorado." Donald said. "Yes, Sir. We'll just stretch, take a bathroom break while we refuel the truck, and we're on our way to get the brat."
"Dwayne! Sheldon! Let's go!" Longmont yelled.
"Get your lazy failure behind over here and help us change the damn tires then!" Sheldon shot back.

"Oh wow... That was... so heartwarming..." Lindy sobbed as the trio finished watching the Cloverway dub of Season 3, AKA S, AKA Super, of 1990s Sailor Moon; The trio having watched - And had some cries by the end of - DiC dubbed seasons 1 & 2 before that.
"Do you get why I get so mad at people for hating this?" Alysa asking; Temporarily breaking her babyish persona.
"And then there's Pokémon with Team Rocket getting blasted a trillion miles away by Pikachu every episode, or Dragonball where they have to wish the dragon erases the villains out of existence, just because the writers don't know how to write the villains to die!!" Carly said in a huff. "No wonder."
"And... people praise those, but call Sailor Moon trash... for one reason or another..." Alysa sobbed; Slipping back into her baby persona.
Carly and Lindy hugged her.
"Shh.... It's all right, Baby Doll," Carly soothed. "We'll be here to cheer you up, protect you, and love you. And we can watch Sailor Moon all you want."
The trio turned off the TV and lights, and Carly & Lindy gently tucked Alysa into her crib.

Sheldon held up a bag of trunks embroidered with a logo. It was like someone took the Las Vegas National Finals Rodeo logo, and replaced the blue horseback cowboy and the words: Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association, with the NFL letters from the NFL logo.
"Let's go. And keep it quiet!" Longmont hissed.

It was as sudden as a storm hitting in a cartoon, right after the meteorologist predicted cloudless sunny skies.
Alysa opened her eyes, to immediately have them and her mouth taped shut!
"You're going home to your daddy, you little brat!" Donald whispered in Alysa's ear, heaving her onto his shoulders.
There was the sound of slapping as Carly & Lindy woke up, a loud crash, and then footsteps racing off.
"No... Alysa..." Lindy sighed; tears in her eyes.

The goons hauled Alysa into the modified black Jeep Gladiator's camper top, buckling her into the seat they'd installed, and placed a walkie-talkie next to her.
"Go! Go! Go!" Longmont yelled as they clambered into the truck's cab.
