熱鬧的夜場派對內，男人吞服毒品後暴斃，不久竟死而復生，變成怪物襲擊警員！

寧靜的市鎮公園中，女子被發現伏屍在地上，血液更被抽乾而盡。

一切，彷彿似是序幕。

男子尚新健收到神秘電話前往水埔郊野公園，拯救了遭遇喪屍襲擊的歐氏一家和華淅大學學生團，更與拳館教練徐震耀，駐守警員李元興共同消滅變異的喪屍，眾人及後逃至麥福斯宿舍計劃在雨夜突圍前往警察局。

這時頭號通緝犯亦向著公園方向逃逸，水埔警署竟下令停止一切搜捕的行動，原因何在？

宿舍內眾人各懷鬼胎，狂暴的風雨，恐怖的喪屍，以及不可告人的秘密，在狹小的空間和短暫的時光盡顯人性的醜惡！

究竟我們的敵人是喪屍，還是人類？

身處超越人間界外的生物靜靜觀賞這夜的好戲，嘴巴因咧嘴而笑露出的尖牙彷彿滲出陣陣血腥。
