一年半前揚州城的海寇攻防戰後，高天河成功率領天河幫由黑幫轉正成為正派商幫，高天河更是憑著眾人歸心和天生強運一躍成為城東一大勢力。

一次意外的誤會，高天河買回不諳世事的小丫頭朱槿，引動了天河幫葉大小姐和幾個丫頭的爭風吃醋，高天河卻也漸漸被朱槿的純真勤樸所吸引。

與此同時白虹幫幫主陸斐然找上天河幫陸總管，陸總管為此鎮日憂心不已，在解開誤會之後，揚州城裡突然出現一批來歷不明的拐子，劫掠婦女孩童，連葉大小姐都因此被擄，下落不明，天河幫和白虹幫卻在此時被疑心就是拐子案的幕後黑手……高天河、朱槿等人能否洗刷冤枉，救出葉大小姐？

        這是揚州吟的後傳，講的是揚州攻防戰結束一年半後天河幫主高天河和他質樸可愛的小女使朱槿的故事，高天河在揚州吟裡正式出場在倒數第四回後段，對他的敘寫還不足三百個字，不過我覺得這是個可發展的人物，所以就敷衍出這篇後傳，我們照例走溫馨逗趣的品牌形象，希望這個故事也能討大家歡心^0^
