Enchanters are Oviri who can create an object or creature, or can manipulate the energy of another source. It is often that the lines between enhancers and enchanters are blurred. In fact the two collocations were once in the same group but were split after the 70 year war. Enchanters can use magic such as:
Summoner magic
Creator magic
Magic particle increasement
Restoration magic
Manipulation magic
Thought projection
illusion magic
Now that I think about it a lot of Twilight Heart lacks a few Enchanters. I hope more will join in the forthcoming chapters. Liella out!
