Heart aches with pain,

Sadness consumes me,

Leaving me drained.

Reflecting my fears,

Loneliness creeps,

Bringing me to tears.

A void that won't subside,

Sorrow's heavy chains,

 Bind me, causing pains.

In this darkness, I search for light,

A beacon to guide me through the night,

But it's hard to find solace,

When sorrow's hold is so immense.
