如果我沒記錯的話應該來源於印度瑜珈的概念。
四大組成我們的物質世界與身體，佛教中講的四大也是相同的事物。
當然也可能是源於煉金術的四大元素。（其實有第五元素，為乙太。）
正四面體（火）、 正八面體（風）、 正二十面體（水）、 正六面體（地）。這個應該可以用在施展魔法的時候，對魔法紋路的描述。
我知道的大概就這些了，上述兩者之間是否有交互影響我並不清楚。
