A poem a day - S + W = Insanity

If you see the world as ‘normal’

Then leave, this is for ‘abnormals’

Rory wakes up because it is only right

But her conscious sanity boundlessly kite

At work, at school, and at home

She feels as if wake is a dome

And she is inbetween sleep and wake

A restless soul who simply wants rest, for God’s sake

It is frustrating, knowing that she has to sleep

And wake up the next day in constant cycling bops and bleeps

She cannot help but cuss at her body

A frail vessel for her powerful mentality

Why oh why, do some people

Live their lives as a coffin couple

The body feels as if a different being

Compared to the spirit/mind of the unfitting

They lose in life’s performance

When it is simply an unfair romance

It’s a comedy

Life is a comedy

Simply laugh it off

Let off the smiles and scoff

At one’s own immaturity

Haha, devastatingly

Rory is not in her right mind

Let’s leave her be befo—-
