The era before modernity

Was harsh to live in

Poor and rich are divided unequally

By government or religious vermins

Some heathens use their slave

To feed them or make them their babes

The former being less likely

But those who do becomes servants of gluttony

Imagine being fed in every hour of the day

Large quantities of food until rats celebrate your bulging stomach

Waiting for you to blow out your buttocks

And you cannot stop thinking of their blessings

So you work hard for another day

Get bloated, until the cycle is unending

Their spoilt food are yours to sweat

Blessings that you think are from their generosity

When in fact, you became their glacette
