Step…step…the guards were walking around the cells to check on the inmates during nighttime.
”This round’s clear.” Said the taller guard.
The pair then proceeded to the next column.
“Inmate 302 checked, inmate 303 checked, inmate…Wait! Look!”
“She is missing!” The shorter guard pointed at the empty cell.
The two immediately pulled out their keys and entered. They looked around the cells: ordinary bed, ordinary sink…nothing seemed strange.

“What the!“ A shadow appeared behind the other guard’s neck.

The school bell rang and the kids happily left the classroom.
Allen packed all his books and walked to his locker. After tidying everything inside, he closed the locker door and saw Talbott standing right behind it.

”No, I think I will study in the library.”

Ingrid walked around the cafeteria to look for some clues, and eventually, she found a note stuck on the beverage machine.

Ingrid hated biology classes as there stood a big skeleton figure near her desk, making her feel uneasy every time she attended the lessons.
She reluctantly moved to the biology laboratory. When she was walking upstairs, she heard another pair of footsteps.
She froze in the spot to hear the sound more clearly. The footsteps become louder and faster.
Ingrid ran as fast as possible and the shadow was catching up. She didn’t dare to look back.
She ran past the hallway and made a right turn, unintentionally running past a small white line.
She stopped at the dead-end of the corridor, nervously stepping backward as she watched a masked person in a pair of messy trousers walking towards her.

In order not to ruin her disguise, she remained silent.

He was relieved that he could finally escape from the library.

The moment she put her hand on the doorknob, a knife stabbed into the wood next to it.
Ingrid gave a small scream. She tried to run but Ms. Addison grabbed her hand and pulled her down.
She was pinned onto the ground, struggling and kicking her stomach.
”Allen! This is insane!”

Ms. Addison proceeded to push her to the wooden door. The door was not locked and the two entered the office by the push.
