月桂葉,俗稱香葉,比較適合在鍋中有液體的時候才加入。不過這種香草非常不適合放進口中,所以煮好之後有些人會拿起來,當然你也可以像某些人一樣很矜貴地用網袋裝好,煮好之後抽起來就可以了。
