Monyet-monyet bergelantung, menggugur dedaunan

Asap kopi memeluk ku tanda tak akan pergi dalam ke tersendirian, 

Kesepian biar jadi teman, keheningan biar jadi kediaman. 

Jika sajak-sajak ku sudah tak lagi terdengar 

maka telah abadi pengembaraan, tualang telah terbakar, perjalanan telah jauh keluar dari hingar bingar

Kemudian aku kembali hidup dalam selembar halaman

Menjadi sebuah tulisan yang tak lekang dimakan malam
