Failure is inevitable, apart of everyone's past. I can handle it, I plan for it, but when my short comings disappoint someone I can not function. The look on their face it will haunt me. Each time I close my eyes I can see the emotion in their eyes. Wether spoken or left unsaid it eats at me and roots itself deep within me. It becomes an unbearable creature that stalks me in the night. It preys on my insecurities and chips away at my confidence. Disappointment is to not only fail myself but fail others.
