The sun was so close to the Earth, we could literally feel our skin scorching, peeling and burning up. Everyone in the small cooled shelter was sweating and panting, hoping that the at least in the end of the world, the air cooler would kick in.

I turn to anyone I'd ever known in my life- friends, family, siblings, and I start to say my final words before the end.

"Seems like it's gonna be a scorcher today, ey guys?"
