Write a story or a poem from the perspective of someone you met before but no longer know. Someone you made eye contact with and for some reason can't forget. Someone you knew for a few hours or a week. Just write about someone who caught your eye.. someone you can't forget. 

The story can also be entirely from your own perspective.
