The rest have to make by with what ever mean they can, small helper office are created to meet the demand of the people wishing for safety and security, but those office aren't just form out of good will, some take on dirty job send down by the big corporation. This story follow a certain office in sector 12, the Lotus Office, as they slowly uncover the secret of The City, and the price they have to pay for that knowledge.
