我們經常把自己與別人作比較，

往往導致壓力的最大來源都是源自於自己，

看見別人比自己過得好，

看見別人比自己優秀，

看見別人比自己名成利就，

就覺得自己沒有資格與別人站在一起，

其實每個人都是獨一無二的，

無法複製和貼上，

我們要喜歡自己真正的模樣，

喜歡自己的生活，

接受自己的缺點，

因為我就是我，

是無法取替。
