排球日記1

今天成就感最大的一件事、大概就是看到自己托出去的球被學長用力扣殺，那個落地的聲響真的在我心頭打了一劑強心針，學長真的超強，那個扣球接下去可能真的會像職業賽一樣往後滾。

我扣球的問題很嚴重，跳得不夠高，而且會一直往前跳（撞到網子），助跑的後退距離抓不到，接球的時候腳像是黏在地上，超出身體太多的球都用單手在接。

以下是我今天的問題與改善方式

抓不到助跑距離—從舉球手面向的平行位置大約量兩到三步

托球太低—將托球點提高到額頭上方，加上跳躍的力量。

接球的時候不移動—接球前先用墊步強迫自己的雙腳挪開地面，
