Rays of sunshine come in through the curtains of my room
The bright light hits the lids of my eyes
I can't move, and I feel like crying
Paralyzed, I try to grab at my bedside
My eyes shut, I'm stuck
Wish someone could help me
In a dream-like state,
My mind starts to wander
I relax from my panic as I decide not to fight
Calm again, I don't bother
Thankfully for me I have nowhere to be
So I'll just sleep
