低落至諮商結束時一度好轉而又再度回到低落的狀態。我才意識到自己是真正被動的受我的感受所擺佈。這是我的特性的話我只想接納它。

某些時刻我想寫小說。把我的感受寫成故事。某些時刻我想真正的自私想擺脫那些使我沉淪的人事物。

這是我今天的狀態。那就是不太好但離真正的低谷還有一段距離。

夢見真正的悲傷我坐在藤椅上哭泣似與前任在一起的種種在某刻濃縮成永恆的懊悔。我在睡了可是呢悲傷它過於真切純粹於是穿透潛意識來到現實之中我也跟著夢裡的我哭了出來。我躺在床上翻過身來靜靜地哭。想像它過於巨大無法消化因此拋了出來似乎夢裡的我面對它時也選擇了逃避。

那正是書中提到的每到夜晚便會明亮地覺得的懊悔和悲傷。
