發現自己很會原諒或體諒他人。

現在，看到只求自保，不願承擔領導責任的人，我會想到：他可能曾因下屬而受傷、曾遭陷害…… 所以不得不豎起閒人勿近的尖刺，以免遍體鱗傷。

以上只是我想像，或只是教自己好過一點的感覺。與其嫌惡他的醜陋，不如可憐他的一身骯髒。
