之前看到的，想說就來分享吧⋯⋯

愛情中的三要素是：安全感、承諾、激情

 

安全感不用講，就是讓彼此互相信任，可以藉由多溝通與相處的方式增加，成為最了解彼此的人，主動告知自己的生活。

 

承諾是指對愛情與對方的承諾，不一定要很重大，但一定要遵守，這個與給予對方安全感也有很大的關係。

 

最後一個是激情，可能會想到是性愛，但可以是格局更大的目標，比如說兩個人共同追求的目標等等。
