我認為想愛一個人，首先要先認清自己需要的是什麼？

是孤單想要有人陪伴，還是在平常有人與妳分享喜怒哀樂？

我也不敢說我的家庭背景和人生經歷都是順利美好的，我也曾在戀愛關係裡跌跤，看了很多心靈雞湯的書也沒用，那些只是輔助的工具，重要的是還是要靠自己慢慢走出來。

直到某天突然就走出來了，到現在我認為，只要自己的狀態好了，就有自信再去愛另一個人。

好好愛自己，就有能力愛別人。

雖然妳和那個人分開了，但妳能夠在對方身上學到的經驗與認識自己的不足，都是很難得的一段經歷。
