世界衰退，人類無法存活下去。

但「樹」的存在，延續了人類的未來，代價卻是吸取人類的性命。

人口管理機構，總統建立的部門，目的是為了供應性命，控制人口，研究「樹」的存在，讓人類活下去。


(由於本人設此為藍圖，類似劇本等概念，希望方便日後創作漫畫，而暫時僅畫了序章。)
