前言：


若然世上都沒有如果，那我們的遇上到底是巧合抑或是注定？


一碗最正統的粉仔只需要用上豬油渣、菜脯及蝦米，

沒甚麼花巧的材料，亦沒甚麼秘訣和步驟，

只需要用心去烹調，便可以成為一碗美味的，你和我也喜歡吃的粉仔。


就跟我們的感情一樣，沒甚麼戲劇性的情節，

相見到相處，相處到相愛，都是一步步的自然。


就跟煮食一樣，所有步驟都需要反覆的練習，

按着食譜的份量去烹調才能料理出美食。


可惜原來我和你的步驟從開始便出錯，

一份錯誤的食譜，無論再努力製作，都只會是失敗的結果。


自那天以後，我就再也沒有吃過粉仔，也沒有再為別人煮食。


因為每次站在廚房，都會令我想起你，想起那時的我們。
