Each family in Oceanvill are allowed to have at least 4 kids if you're not a dark blue color If you end up having more than 4 kids than, the government will let you choose which 4 kids you want to keep. The kids that got taken would either be given to a family member or a family with no children. You have to have at least one boy and one girl. Dark blue ranked color can have as many kids as you want or no children. The light blue ranked color has to have at least 1 kid. The white ranked color is forced to have 4 kids.

Government
The government is a monarchy which means there is a king/queen. Each year there is a voting which everyone gets to participate in. People can choose which family would be fit for the monarchy. The worst part is only dark blue color can be a royal family since they have a lot of power. The light blue ranked color has less power, and they mostly work for government and others. The white ranked color is the most useless. If you are any other rank color, you are just an unknown person with less power than white. people in this society they have no power in this society.
Rules: only dark blue ranked color can rule.
can only have up to 4 children if you're not a dark blue ranked color.
If you break a law, you have to have to suffer law classes with the government. If you go more than 3 times you will be sentenced to the dungeon for a month.

Housing
Each family is forced to live in a house with at least 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Everyone in the household has their own jobs that they have to do. Each and every person in the household has chores. However, everyone lives in color coded neighbor hoods or different places in general. The dark blue ranked people live in luxury houses. The other ranks live in the middle of nowhere but close enough to the society. The unknown colors get the broken houses.

Transportation.
Every person in this society gets a vehicle based on your rank.
Dark blue ranked color has access to all the transportation in the world.
Light blue ranked color has access to all transportation, but they can’t get get any luxury vehicles.
White colors ranked have access to bicycles, trains, buses, and taxis. They can’t own any vehicles but a bicycle.
The unknown ranked colors only get broken vehicles or anything that’s not in good shape.

Technology
People in this society get to use simple technology like televisions and phones. However, you need special permission from the royal family to use special technology such as a computer or a special machine (could be a weather controlling machine).

Money
Each person gets a lanyard that has a card attached to it. You have to wear it or else you’ll lose it. Everyone gets one even if you’re the lowest of the rank.

Recreation
In this society people are allowed to go to the recreation center 3 days a week. No more no less. People can play video games, sports, board games, and more. In the recreation center there are movie theaters and regular theaters where people are more than welcome to perform as long as they qualify. And if you go to the recreation center you must write your name down on a clipboard to confirm that you decided to go to the recreation center.

Environment/climate the science department and the engineers controls the weather. They have a machine that connects to all the cloud in this area. The machine has all the weather options, and they can also control the season. The government has to qualify you to be able to control the machines.

Every rank has a set of job that they can choose from.
All jobs have to be qualified by the government.
Dark blue rank jobs: royal family, have to be one of the voting choices, this is the only job that the people choose. Scientists, who like control the weather machine, engineer's doctors, business owners.
Light blue ranked jobs: Mechanics, teachers, nurses, doctors, and gardeners.
White ranked jobs: plumbers, electricians, cashiers, waiters/waitresses.
Unknown color ranked jobs: maids, butlers, janitors.
