「実はすべての人、すべてが自分の力で光となった！」

(其實每個人，都能夠以自己力量成為光！)

1966年，日本的圓谷製作有限公司製作了一部特攝英雄作品《ウルトラマン (超人)》，一位來自外星，巨人的英雄與侵略地球的怪獸作戰。自此之後，圓谷拍攝了一系列超人作品，不同的超人也來到地球奮勇作戰，拼命保護地球乃至宇宙的和平。從超人的故事，我們看到勇敢、堅強、希望，他們不但成為許多人的童年回憶，當中的信念更成為不少人的座右銘。多少人，在看超人的時候，夢想自己能夠成為強大的超人，與邪惡對戰？又有多少人，期待能夠遇上一位能夠保護她，幫助她對付所有壞人的超人呢？

林美鈴，一位熱愛Cosplay日本超人特攝的女學生。自覺軟弱微小的她，堅信找到超人就能夠守護自己。然而，超人並不容易找到。她尋找超人的過程並不容易，她發現超人正是將她和已故親人連繫的英雄，也因為超人令她的生活有重大轉變，亦遇上許多難以想像的事情。

她慢慢意識到，縱使是超人，也有些不能解決的事。
