這就是一個沒辦法正常睡覺吃飯的社畜女,在女人一生的必做課程──減肥──中艱辛抗戰的故事。
就是減肥紀錄,其實應該沒什麼好看的……但覺得公開了應該比較能堅持下去……吧。
歡迎也想要減肥的女同胞們來參考觀摩(尤其是妳阿玥!我要狠狠打沒有毅力減肥的妳的臉!!!)
預計使用減肥法:
1、一週斷食法
2、3日軍隊菜單
3、241410間歇性斷食
4、水煮蛋減肥法
5、52斷食法
6、隔日斷食法
預計是隔日或兩三天更一次。
除了第一項是一週、第二項是六天(預備循環兩次)以外,其他減肥法都會進行兩週再來報告結果。當然如果期間已經瘦到心儀的體重,就會停止實驗的。
要是有人能提供新的減肥法,我覺得能做到也會試試看的。
至於運動?抱歉不存在的!社畜怎麼可能有時間(精力)去運動!說什麼沒有毅力的人,那只能說你絕對不是社畜!
