本故事主要講述了魔仙堡的魔仙們用愛、友情和勇氣來重建音樂魔法世界的故事。

在和平快樂的魔仙世界中, “音樂” 已經是魔仙們很久沒有提及的事情了。

由於住在裏面的魔仙女王姬絲美沙日益思戀不知所蹤的兒時玩伴美樂蒂，同時也想弄清楚消失的音樂魔法世界是否和美樂蒂有關。

於是她派遣來自魔仙堡的小藍、雙子星公主貝貝和小魔仙美琪、美雪一起前往人類世界搜尋最動聽的音樂“夢幻協奏曲”，藉以尋找美樂蒂的下落。

在尋找協奏曲的歷程中，魔仙們與來自音樂魔法世界的9位音樂魔法師相遇，相知且互相幫助。

不過在蒐集樂章時，總是有無音和她的三隻音樂精靈阻撓她們的行動。

可是魔仙們並不因此而被屈服，她們總是用勇氣和愛將敵人制服。

最後，在眾魔仙的努力下，她們終於蒐集齊了整個協奏曲樂章，得以讓音樂魔法世界重現。
