　　這就是一個沒辦法正常睡覺吃飯的社畜女，在女人一生的必做課程──減肥──中艱辛抗戰的故事。

　　就是減肥紀錄，其實應該沒什麼好看的……但覺得公開了應該比較能堅持下去……吧。

　　歡迎也想要減肥的女同胞們來參考（尤其是妳阿玥！我要狠狠打沒有毅力減肥的妳的臉！！！）

　　預計使用減肥法：

　　1、一週斷食法

　　2、3日軍隊菜單

　　3、241410間歇性斷食

　　4、水煮蛋減肥法

　　5、52斷食法

　　6、隔日斷食法

　　預計是隔日或兩三天更一次。

　　除了第一項是一週、第二項是六天（預備循環兩次）以外，其他減肥法都會進行兩週再來報告結果。當然如果期間已經瘦到心儀的體重，就會停止實驗的。

　　要是有人能提供新的減肥法，我覺得能做到也會試試看的。

　　至於運動？抱歉不存在的！社畜怎麼可能有時間（精力）去運動！說什麼沒有毅力的人，那只能說你絕對不是社畜！
