梁國愷綽號「珍珠呆」，台北萬華人，外省第二代，萬華角頭芳明館頭號殺手，與高雄西北幫本省籍殺手李慧昌在槍擊要犯排名並駕齊驅，江湖上稱他們為「北梁南李」，因槍殺自家老大聞名而開啟小弟殺害老大的風氣，身揹多條人命。1984年在警方圍捕槍戰中服氰化鉀膠囊自殺身亡，警察也在圍捕中遭到他用TEC-9射傷。
