Summary:

在Sherlock假死執行任務的幾年中,任務出了差錯。

Sherlock在塞爾維亞被人抓住囚禁嚴刑,而Mycroft一直都沒有找到他,

直到過去了兩年他才將Sherlock救出。

所幸Sherlock似乎不記得囚禁時的事了,進醫院調養幾個月便生龍活虎的繼續完成任務。

他一直以為他才離開了三年,實際上已經過了五年了。

回到John身邊後一切似乎都跟以往一樣,

然而他們漸漸地發現Sherlock似乎越來越不對勁......
