活屍香江叁是貳之後的一年，即是2011年創作，但此叁不同彼叁。

由於重製的關係，原本的叁將會黑歷史化，但舊讀者可以放心，其中一個很受歡迎的角色將會保留，於伍出場。

『叁』也是有意思的，就是壹加上貳兩位主角，也是這兩位主角故事的結局。

* 1-7章的『我』是壹的主角阿安，8-12章的『我』會是貳的主角七仔。
