What will happen if a person stop sleeping ?
When a person could not sleep for more than 4 days, he may go into delirium, in other words, he may go nuts.
Sam had been having chronic insomnia for the past 3 / 4 years.
He doubts it's a punishment from god, as he could not understand why else he can't sleep, like everyone else.
He practiced good sleep hygiene, he stopped playing phones or watch tv before he goes to sleep, he stop drinking coffee after 7, he exercises etc
But he still can't sleep
