有時候當情緒緩過來時，回顧不久前的記事，總覺得怎會有人將生活過得如此戲劇。

三更半夜點著小燈，看著手機的訊息，時不時咬著棉被啜泣。當下覺得鬱悶，現在看著矯情。

變換無常的。

人的心理真的是一門深奧的學問，佛羅里達效應中提到非自覺選擇，受環境或是一些外界具特別暗示性的指示時，也會影響一個人的心理及做出被指示後的行為。

所以在難過時被安慰：「這本來就是你的樣子」時，也會不經意思考，我是否還是我？

可能在一個不為人知的背後世界，我正被不知名的誰操控著。誰知道呢？

人心難測，自己又能探得真心幾分？畢竟我們都會自欺欺人、都會選擇性的遺忘。

這樣反思時，又被朋友調侃：「真是連心靈雞湯都治不好的病。」
