來到了虛構的學園都市－奇普托斯，而在這個都市內有著許許多多的學校，每個學校都有著不同的風格及學校特色，學生們以高自由度的學習風氣及生活各自掌控著學校，並且個學校也自發性的結成類似聯邦政府相關的學生會，在訂定規則後讓各學校學生能自由自在的發展。

在學生會長消失後，曾也一度面臨許多問題，而老師們，就像是學生會長總有一天知道自己會消失般地來到了這裡，有日本人、台灣人、香港人，韓國人、中國人以及歐洲美洲國家的老師們，再分別以各自不同的經歷拯救了這個都市，現在，我們以一位台灣來的老師為例，紀錄下與學生們一些有趣又為帶一點色情的故事。
