晚上十一點，是屬於我一日中必須自律的時間。
一天內，我想幹嘛便幹嘛，追劇、看綜藝、寫小說……反正就看心情。
但是一到十一點，我必須讀書，拋開任何能影響我的誘惑，專注於學習。
我知道一生中太多是要做，不管是滿足心靈上的還是實務上的，有效將讀書和娛樂安排在我的時間最舒服之處。
簡言之，就是我必須讀書，但是我不想，所以硬給自己排了一個小時讀書，其他時間人自己安排。
這是屬於我的晚上十一點，也是屬於自律讀書的晚上十一點。
