        豆花的口感，Q彈、滑嫩，雖然不是很甜，但有種淡淡的清香。

        用湯匙挖了一小口，放到嘴裡咀嚼，豆花特別的香氣充斥在口腔中。

        其實，我吃豆花很堅持以下幾點（怪癖？）：

        １. 我會將手邊的果汁、豆漿、咖啡甚至是可樂等等的飲品倒入碗中，用湯匙均勻攪拌，且攪拌的過程中不能將豆花弄的粉碎。

        ２. 有時候也會加入餅乾、糖果等零食到碗裡，還會用這些零食做裝飾、擺盤。

        ３. 最後一個步驟，就是將自己的「傑作」：拍照、上傳ww

        大家吃豆花也會有自己的堅持（特殊的怪癖）嗎？XDD
