牛奶沖入燕麥中

靜待10分鐘

略略泡軟的燕麥不難入口，但也需要花時間咀嚼

但這不是重點

填飽肚子

三步併作兩步衝往健身房

推開門的一瞬間

熟悉的味道使人放鬆

來自健身器材些微的塑膠皮味

來自槓片的鐵鏽味

換上衣服

拿起槓鈴

一推

那是肌肉的歡呼聲

咚咚

血液隨著心臟的跳動壓縮進了肌肉的每個纖維

膨脹

整個染疫期間未有的感覺

肌肉張力拉滿

我知道

這是成長的證明

一組

兩組

三組

呼！呼！

四組

五組

呼！呼！呼！

Bon組

呼！

力竭了

但這種無力是成長的無力

不是染疫的無力

終於

拖著疲憊的身軀

染疫前的生活回歸

呼

出了健身房

看著漆黑的夜空

放鬆
