It's not necessarily a punishment however there was this one time when I was in elementary school whereas I was around 10 and I got in trouble although my memory is foggy so I'm not sure why, but as I was saying I had gotten in trouble and my dad used to be a drug addict and alcoholic so after he came home from work he beat me with a belt he'd also punch me and he dragged me down the steps while doing so.
