A teenage girl/boy who lives with their old and frail grandmother in the 1600s, because their parents died (big sad)
Their grandmother is accused of witchcraft and the teenager has to save her. They can hide her in the town or run away with her.
Whilst they are trying to save their grandmother, they discover more about the witch trials and how unfair they are.
It can end with either their plans failing and the grandma being killed (big sad)
The grandma being safe but dying of old age because death is inevitable (also big sad)
The kid saving the grandma and all the other accused witches (happy ending)
