        我以前也有過一小段時間沒胃口，那個星期我直接瘦了四、五公斤，我試過很多資料的方法，最後總結出三種比較有效的方式：

1. 吃喜歡的清淡食物

2. 喝喜歡的果汁或含糖飲料

3. 保持愉悅的心態，逼自己做以上兩樣事
