The innocence lost so long ago,

That fire still burns in their eyes,

To meet a challenge of any size,

So we could reach beyond our dreams,

In this world of anger and miscontent.

In the flames of desire,

They shiver and shimmer,

These knots of desire,

We struggle to rise,

In the now burning fire.

Fire is love and in love is fire,

As they burn brightly,

Lighting their way,

Full of the fire that burns their soul,

Making us one, making us whole.

And we'll crumble away together.

Where we can share this fire,

This fire in their hearts will burn forever.
