　　「浣熊市事件」後，位於南極的SCP基金會監獄遭到破壞，究極破壞者-夜之女神因此可以逃出。
　　此後全球更發生一場包含神秘病毒的暴風雪，而香港被查出是一眾SCP逃犯的活動地方，全球分部決定派出突擊隊前往香港消滅兇手。
　　同時在上個故事倖存的Judy一眾人，積極找出與SCP一同離開的Andy，誓要在他身上問出事件的全部真相。
　　Andy聯同數隻SCP決定繼續殺戮更多人，以盡快復活傳說中的冥神，背後的用意涉及一場與SCP基金會的賭博。
　　三方勢力，三種目標，未得知全部資訊前，最好不要支持任何一方。
