　　該專輯是大衛鮑伊來到美國後所做的嘗試，與在英國的華麗搖滾風格截然不同，不愧“搖滾變色龍”之名，本曲目混雜了黑人靈魂樂、R&B、爵士等要素。而鮑伊個人為這首貼上“塑膠靈魂樂”的標籤——塑膠一詞，意指缺乏精神與品格，算是自嘲身為白人卻使用黑人文化的音樂，不過鮑伊是首批受邀至黑人音樂綜藝節目（也是歌中提到的“Soul Train”）的白人，某方面才華也算是受到認可了吧（？）735Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡUgaWHUIxeE
