I was walking to a store while playing a crappy game I downloaded from the app store. It had terrible graphics, even worse gameplay, and the music was just the developer screaming into a microphone.
It was obviously a cashgrab, but I was just playing it to mock it. Due to my lack of attention, I heard someone scream as a massive truck smashed into me. I thought my vision would go black, but rather I was now laying on a giant jpeg of some grass.106Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ5A1EBUH6M1
I could hear the developer's obnoxious voice coming from beyond the clouds above me. "Please buy the mega super elite player bundle!" I was inside the crappy game. "Nooo! Why wasn't I playing my waifu battleships or some other game with people in it. Why?!"
There was no way of winning this awful game. I saw a potato on the ground. I should of knew as I bit into it that it would taste like paper. I couldn't even get immersed. I picked the horribly drawn sword, which I named Sord, and swung it at the incoming pop-up ads.
There was a wide variety of noob vs. pros, cryptoscams, and very suggestive stuff that made me want to dump bleach into my eyes. The Sord broke. My only option now was to run for my life.
As I ran, I was forced to stop dead in my tracks. There was very bright lights shining into my eyes. Truck-kun, there was no way of stopping this omnipotent foe. I dropped to my knees as I heard its horn one last time.

An ad started playing on the heart monitor, and slowly infected all of reality. The only thing that could stop it now was the developer, or a very powerful adblocker. The developer would never do such a thing though, because they were making all the money they would ever need.
