Backstory:
For the first nine years of Marielle’s life, she lived with her parents and five siblings in Cozumel, Mexico, where her parents had settled after years of traveling the world after their wedding. She loved living there in the tropics and near the ocean, but she, unfortunately, was forced to move when her father had an affair, and the two separated. She had to choose between staying with her father and moving with her mother to Miami Florida. Because of the rage she still harbored toward her father for cheating on her mother and dividing their family. They moved into an apartment in Miami, and though cramped with all of her five siblings, it overlooked the ocean, something that brought back the familiarity of her childhood home. About five years after their move, Marielle’s mother began to date a lawyer, and a little while after, Abigail was born. Unfortunately, Abigail’s father left not long after she was born. Marielle met her friend group in middle school, but formed a special relationship with Harper and Samuel, and quickly developed feelings for Samuel. She enjoys going to the beach and spending time with friends. She still holds a grudge against her father, though she tries not to take those feelings out on her half-siblings. She loves her family, her friends, and her boyfriend, and would do anything for them.
