因應酒駕事件頻傳，造成台灣不少家庭支離破碎，政府出台了『贖罪法案』，只要是因吸毒、酒駕等可事先預防的惡性事件，加害者不必負刑責，而是進入被害家庭中，替代被害者的陪伴和作用，藉由贖罪來減刑
